What is a Tween?

A “Tween” is
a girl or boy during early adolescence when a young
person is no longer a “child”, but not
quite a teenager or “teen”.
Tweens
range in age from about 8 to 12 years old. |
Tweens are curious and open to new ideas. Many yearn to
be teens, or even adults, and begin to have requests and
needs that mimic those of older family members and friends.
These traits make tweens uniquely receptive to learning new
and beneficial daily routines including personal hygiene,
an ever-evolving need during the tween years.

have different skin types than either teens or adults
